High Performance Camp Objective:

The high performance camp provides goalies with a high level of instruction, mentorship, career guidance and technical training. This camp is specifically designed to work with goaltenders that are playing bantam, midget, prep school, or high school hockey.

An outstanding staff has been put together whose common goal is to provide our goalies with direct access to top level training, support and advice during the most critical stage in their careers. The goaltenders can expect to take their game to a whole new level physically, mentally and consistently while working together with professional consultants who have a history of producing tremendous prospects at a variety of levels.

 
Areas of Training and Development:


Each day goaltenders will have 3 hours of on-ice training and 1 hours of off-ice training. Each day will consist of video lectures as well as Seminars. Seminars will include topics such as equipment, nutrition, off-ice training, and sports psychology areas. An example of a day’s itinerary will look like the following:

 

8:00am – 8:45am: Lecture/Video
9:00am – 10:30am: On-Ice
11:00am – 12:00pm: Off-Ice Training
12:00pm – 12:45pm: Lunch
1:30pm – 3:00pm: On-Ice
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Class Room/Seminar

Additional Counselors:

Additional counselors will consist of Elite Goaltenders that the above coaches have worked with. The coaches must have college, major junior or pro experience.

Accommodations:

This is a “day program”. Housing is not included in the price but reasonable hotel options are being arranged.
