Elite Goalies

Registration is available two ways: Online or by Mail. Our online process allows you to use your credit card and processes your camp registration instantly. Click here to register online now.  If you would rather pay with a check you can download our registration forms that is attached above. A $200 deposit is required for all camps. If you choose to leave a deposit your balance will be due 30 days prior to the camp. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Elite Goalies Inc. Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received in writing via email to mikevalley@elitegoalies.com.  In addition to emailing your request to execute our cancellation policy, you may call us at 608.332.6717.

• Cancellations received at least 60 days prior to camp start date, will be refunded less a $75 administration fee.
• Cancellations within 45 days of camp start date will receive a credit voucher toward future Elite Goalies camps or private training sessions, less $75.
• No refunds or credits issued for voluntary withdrawal, no shows, or the expulsion from camp.
• Injuries and illness, with a valid letter from your physician, will receive a credit voucher toward a future Elite Goalies Camp or private training session, less a $75 administration fee.
